Anti-Terrorism Training

Contract trainer for the Anti-Terrorism Assistance division of the Department of State and Africom Division of the Department of Defense since 2008. Training foreign Security Forces worldwide to detect and prevent terrorist attacks. Primary operations are in the Middle East and Africa.

ABOUT

R. Stuart and Associates, LLC was formed in 2000. The owner is Richard C. Stuart, a retired Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Special Agent. Mr. Stuart spent 28+ years as a Criminal Investigator with DEA. In that capacity, he gained extensive experience investigating a full range of crimes. His expertise includes surveillance, undercover, interviewing techniques, complex conspiracy investigations, testimony in Federal and State courts, report writing, training, experience working in numerous foreign countries, financial and money laundering investigations, etc. Prior to joining the DEA, Mr. Stuart was an Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps for three and a half years, including one year in Vietnam.
